Mohak Nahta, founder and CEO of online visa application platform Atlys, wrote on his LinkedIn account that if Neeraj Chopra wins gold in the Olympics, I will send free visas to everyone. His company Atlys also wrote on the social media platform X that if Neeraj Chopra wins gold, everyone will be sent free visas.
Visa applications for France are increasing rapidly
However, Mohak Nahata and his company have not yet clarified what they mean by free visa. Earlier this month, the company had said that visa applications for Paris are increasing rapidly. According to a Business Standard report, listings for travel to Paris on Atlis’ platform have increased by about 40 percent. Along with the Olympics and other landmark places in Paris, people also want to visit places like Nice, Aubervilliers, Columbus and Saint Ouen sur Seine. In April this year, the European Union said that now Indian travelers who frequently visit Europe can apply for a multi-entry Schengen visa for up to 5 years.
Schengen visa includes 29 countries of Europe
Schengen visa gives you the opportunity to travel to 29 European countries. These include Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. Its fee has now been increased to around Rs 8,000.
