Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 Semifinals: The four semi-finalist teams of Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 have been decided. The first semi-final of the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 will be played between Australia and South Africa on Thursday, October 17, at the Dubai International Stadium in Dubai. Then the second semi-final will be held between West Indies and New Zealand at Sharjah Cricket Stadium in Sharjah. After this, the final match will be played on Sunday, October 20, in which both the semi-final winning teams will be on the field for the title.
Team India is out after poor performance
Let us tell you that Team India had to be eliminated from the Women’s T20 World Cup due to poor performance. Team India had a bad start to the tournament. Team India started the tournament by playing a match against New Zealand. In the very first match, the Indian team had to face defeat by 58 runs. Then in the second match played against Pakistan, Team India under the captaincy of Harmanpreet Kaur won by 6 wickets, which was India’s first win of the tournament.
After this, Team India defeated Sri Lanka by a huge margin of 82 runs in the next match. Then Team India had to face defeat in the last match of the group stage played against Australia. With this defeat, the whole game of Team India got spoiled.
