IND vs BAN 2nd Kanpur Test Playing XI: The second and last match of the two-match Test series between India and Bangladesh will be played at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur from 27th September (Friday). The first match of the series was played in Chennai. Team India won the Chennai Test by 280 runs. Despite registering a spectacular win in the first Test, Team India can make a big change in the playing eleven of the Kanpur Test.
The match in Chennai was played on a red clay pitch, whereas the Kanpur Test is said to be played on a black clay pitch. Just as red clay pitch is helpful for fast bowlers, similarly black clay pitch is helpful for spinners. Three pacers and two spinners were seen in the playing eleven of Team India in the Chennai Test. Now this figure may be reversed in Kanpur test. Team India can enter the Kanpur Test with three spinners and two fast bowlers.
Whose card will be cut?
In the Chennai Test, Indian captain Rohit Sharma included Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj and Akashdeep in the playing eleven. In the Kanpur Test, either Akash Deep or Mohammad Siraj can be left out and local spinner Kuldeep Yadav can be included in the playing eleven. Now it will be interesting to see with which playing eleven the Indian team comes on the field in the Kanpur Test. For Kuldeep Yadav, who comes from Kanpur, playing Test in front of the home crowd can be a different experience.
Team India’s probable playing 11 against Bangladesh in Kanpur Test
Yashasvi Jaiswal, Rohit Sharma (captain), Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant (wicketkeeper), KL Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja, R Ashwin, Kuldeep Yadav, Akash Deep/Mohammad Siraj, Jasprit Bumrah.
