Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to launch 3 schemes soon. In this, flats will be offered to people in affordable, middle income and high income groups. DDA’s scheme is eagerly awaited in Delhi. All the schemes that came before this have fulfilled the dream of people to have a house.
34 thousand flats in Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme
DDA has approved the Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 in its meeting. The authority said in its statement that under the Affordable Housing Scheme, LIG and EWS flats will be made available to the low income group at cheap rates in Ramgarh Colony, Sirsapur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini and Narela. This will make it easier for the common man to buy a house in Delhi. These flats will be given on First Come First Serve basis. About 34 thousand flats will be made available under this scheme. Their starting price will be only Rs 11.5 lakh.
5400 flats will come under the General Housing Scheme
Apart from this, DDA has also announced to bring General Housing Scheme 2024. In this, HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS flats will be available in Jasola, Loknayakpuram and Narela. The starting price of the flat in this scheme will be Rs 29 lakh. People will have the opportunity to buy 5400 flats in this scheme.
173 flats will be available in Dwarka Housing Scheme
Apart from this, HIG, MIG and even bigger flats will be made available in Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024. These flats will be available in Sector 14, 16B and 19B. However, DDA will conduct e-auction to sell them. 173 flats will be sold in this scheme. However, their starting price will be Rs 1.28 crore.
