Actually, a program is run in Canada, through which students can get study permit even after rejection. At the same time, the name of this program is ‘Study Permit Pilot Project’, which has started from October 1, 2024.
Let us tell you that the work of granting study permits in Canada is done by ‘Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada’ (IRCC). IRCC institutes study permits to students coming to study in the country. After this students are able to pursue their studies in Canada. But many times study permits are also rejected, due to which students have to go to the Federal Court.

For this, the consent of both IRCC and the student is necessary. Under this project, judges can give verdict without hearing. In this project, the applicant (student) and the respondent (IRCC) will not be required to give evidence through affidavit. An affidavit is a type of written statement in which new evidence is presented.
