Yuvraj Singh Biopic: Last Tuesday, it was confirmed through T-Series’ social media account that a biopic will be made on Yuvraj Singh’s life. Currently, the title of the movie is expected to be ‘Six Sixes’ and this film will cover many important aspects from Yuvraj’s amazing performance in the World Cup to defeating cancer. Well, the biopic has been announced, but the big question is who will play the role of Yuvraj?

However, till now neither the title of the film has been officially announced nor any actor’s name has been finalized. But some time ago in a media interview, Yuvraj Singh had said that he wants Ranbir Kapoor to play his character. This Indian cricketer who defeated cancer said that he was very impressed with Ranbir’s acting in the movie ‘Animal’ and called him the most suitable person for his character.
What did Yuvraj say on the announcement of the biopic
On the announcement of his biopic, Yuvraj Singh said, “I am very honoured that my story will be seen by millions of people across the world, which will be produced by Bhushan Kumar and Ravi Bhagchandka. Cricket has been my favourite thing and it has kept me going through my ups and downs. I hope that my story will be a source of inspiration for everyone and after watching it, they will move forward towards their dreams with passion.”
Let us remind you that in 2011, the news of Yuvraj Singh suffering from cancer came to light. Despite battling this, he continued to play cricket. Due to this, he had to take a break and after defeating cancer, he made a memorable comeback in 2012. In Yuvraj’s biopic, the story of his struggle with cancer can also be given separate attention.
