Sanjukta Patra was once 82 kg
Famous food blogger and YouTuber Sanjukta Patra had gained a lot of weight after delivery. In March 2023, her weight was 82 kg, but within 6 months she made an amazing physical transformation and now she has become 60 kg. Now they have started getting medium size from XL in clothes and waist size has also reduced from 98-100 CM to 86-87 CM.
Sanjukta Patra’s diet routine
Sanjukta Patra started the day with green tea first thing in the morning and did not eat anything for half an hour.
For breakfast, Sanjukta Patra made a special dry fruit smoothie, which used soaked almonds, walnuts, cashews, figs and 8 to 10 soaked raisins and blended it and consumed it thrice a week to make a protein-rich smoothie.

Sanjukta Patra lost 22 kg by eating home-cooked food, although she eats roti only three days a week and rice two to three days. Apart from this, consumed boiled vegetables, reduced sugar intake and consumed dry fruits laddu or Bengali Sandesh sweets only once a week and completely avoided junk food. Sanjukta Patra tells that she eats her dinner before 7:30 pm and drinks green tea with lemon juice half an hour before sleeping.

Along with following the diet, Sanjukta Patra also walked 2-3 kilometers every day. She walks for about 40 to 45 minutes. Apart from this, she does jogging, jumping jacks and cardio exercises for 20-30 minutes at home.
