U19 IND vs U19 BAN Final U19 Asia Cup 2024: Bangladesh has won the title of Under 19 Asia Cup 2024. It defeated India by 59 runs in the final. Under 19 Team India’s batting was a flop in this match. Captain Mohammad Aman played an inning of 26 runs for India. While Hardik Raj contributed 24 runs. Earlier, Yudhjit Guha, Chetan Sharma and Hardik had shown amazing performance in bowling. Bangladesh had given India a target of 199 runs to win. In response, Team India was all out on the score of 139 runs.
Ayush Mhatre and Vaibhav Suryavanshi came to open for the Indian team chasing the target given by Bangladesh. But both these batsmen could not do anything special. Ayush was out after scoring just 1 run. Vaibhav walked away after scoring 9 runs. Andre Siddharth and KP Karthikeya added some runs for the team. Siddharth scored 20 runs with the help of 3 fours. While Karthikeya returned to the pavilion after scoring 21 runs.
Even Captain Aman could not do anything special –
Captain Mohammad Aman was out after scoring 26 runs. He faced 65 balls and scored 1 run. Nikhil Kumar could not even open an account. Wicketkeeper batsman Harvansh Singh walked out after scoring 6 runs. Kiran Chormale was out after scoring 1 run. Hardik Raj tried well. He scored 24 runs in 21 balls. Hit 3 fours during this period.
India lost the title with defeat –
All the hard work of Team India went in vain. India had faced defeat against Pakistan in the first match of the tournament. After this, he made it to the finals by winning three consecutive matches. But here again he had to face defeat. With this defeat, Team India has lost the title of Under 19 Asia Cup 2024. In this way the entire Indian team was all out on the score of 139 runs in 35.2 overs.
Rizan Hussain and Mohammad Shihab James showed wonders for Bangladesh –
Batting first, Bangladesh had scored 198 runs against India. Rizan Hussain played a good inning of 47 runs for the team. He hit 3 fours. Shihab played an inning of 40 runs. He hit 3 fours and 1 six. Captain Azizul Hakim Tamim was out after scoring 16 runs. Farid Hasan had contributed 39 runs.
