Stock Market Opening: The stock market has started slowly today and Sensex-Nifty have opened flat. Bank Nifty started with a fall of about 150 points and within five minutes of the market opening, some of its fall was covered. The IT index has also opened in the red mark. Midcap and smallcap stocks are witnessing a rise and they are trying to support the market.
How was the opening of the stock market
BSE’s Sensex has opened at 81,349, down 6.56 points and NSE’s Nifty has opened at 24,839, up 3.30 points. Sensex has seen lows of up to 81,230 in the opening minutes today. If we look at NSE’s advance decline ratio, i.e. the rising and falling stocks, 1417 stocks are seeing a rise and 460 stocks are seeing a fall.
