How does this magnetogenetics technology work
According to scientists, this technology relies on magnetic nanoparticles and close-range magnetic fields in the brain. The way this new technology works is also unique from other technologies. It contains a mechanosensitive protein called Piezo (Greek word meaning pressure) along with a magnetic nanoparticle. The size of this nanoparticle is 200 nanometers i.e. 0.0002 millimeters.
