Investor Education and Protection Authority (IEPFA) has informed all investors that IEPFA Grievance Redressal has been revamped. This means that a new toll free number 14453 has been issued to lodge any kind of complaint or to report your problem to IEPFA. The old toll free number 1800 114 667 will no longer be applicable.
Call center support and IVRS also upgraded
IEPFA has upgraded its call center support and IVRS. Now investors or complainants can report their problems through the new toll free number 14453. Remember that the old toll free number 1800 114 667 is no longer applicable.
IEPFA has also alerted on its official x handle on social media
IEPFA has also warned on its official social media handle and has also written on its portal that lakhs of investors should be cautious about their capital. Do not invest in any scheme or financial temptation just because it promises benefits. Investors or people engaged in financial work should read all the investment documents carefully before deciding to invest their money.
IEPFA has issued new 5 digit short codes through which grievance redressal can be done. Through these, you can get 24/7 multilingual IVRS support or direct assistance. Or you can tell your problem through their call center from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. You will get this facility from Monday to Friday.
