Sarabjot Singh On Yusuf Dikec Manu Bhaker: Indian shooter Sarabjot Singh won the bronze medal in the Paris Olympics. Sarabjot Singh won a medal for India in the mixed team event along with Manu Bhaker. Now Sarabjot Singh has expressed his views on Turkish shooter Yusuf Dikek and Manu Bhaker who are making headlines. Sarabjot Singh said that he has considered Yusuf Dikek as his idol since 2011. In fact, recently in the Paris Olympics, Turkish shooter Yusuf Dikek became very viral after his ‘gearless’ medal shootout.
Sarabjot Singh, who won the bronze medal with Manu Bhaker in the mixed team event of Paris Olympics, said that I have been watching Yusuf’s videos since 2011. He has always been like this. Today he is 51 years old. I tried, but I could not match his perfection. If I had a chance, I would ask him what he eats. Apart from this, Sarabjot Singh expressed his views on Manu Bhaker. He also told what kind of things are discussed between the two. Sarabjot Singh said that our conversation usually used to be that, we have to give our 100 percent. He told shyly and smiling that, we used to joke around. Sometimes I would make fun of her, sometimes she would make fun of me.
Sarabjot Singh says that my training was at 9 o’clock, while Manu Bhaker’s was at 12 o’clock, separately. The mixed session lasted for 30 minutes, before which she trained separately and I separately. When Sarabjot was asked if he has given a name to his favorite weapon – his shooting gun… in response to this question, he said that I have not given it any name. However, he said, ‘When I performed my best in the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, I got ‘SSINGH30’ written on the weapon. This is my best weapon, because my medal came on 30 September.
