IPL 2025 Uncapped Retain Players: Before the mega auction for IPL 2025, rules regarding retention of players have been issued. These rules were announced by the IPL Governing Council on September 28. The list of uncapped players will include those players who have not played any international match in the last five years. Before the mega auction, teams can retain uncapped players for Rs 4 crore. 1 Vijay Shankar
Vijay Shankar was seen playing for Gujarat Titans in IPL 2024. Vijay, who played his last match for Team India in 2019, will be available to be retained as an uncapped player in IPL 2025.
2- Amit Mishra
Amit Mishra played the last match for the Indian team in 2017. In the 2024 IPL, the Indian spinner was seen playing for Lucknow Super Giants. Before this time’s mega auction, Amit Mishra will also be available to be retained as an uncapped player. However, the chances of him being retained are very less.
3- Sandeep Sharma
