History was created in Paris Olympics
Manu Bhaker became the first Indian athlete in the history of independent India to win two medals in a single Olympics. She won the bronze medal in the 10 meter air pistol event and then also won bronze in the mixed team pistol event with Sarabjot Singh. Manu also came very close to winning a medal in the 25 meter pistol event, but eventually had to settle for fourth place.
