- Include these things in makeup: Actually, there is importance of doing 16 adornments on Karva Chauth. Even if you do not do full 16 makeup, then at least include these 6 things in your makeup like mehendi, vermilion, mangalsutra, bangles, bindi and toe ring.
- Do not break the fast without seeing the moon: Karva Chauth fast should be observed only after moon sighting. Therefore, after moonrise at night, break the fast only after offering Arghya and worshiping the Moon.
- Use clay pot: In Karva Chauth, Arghya should be offered to the moon only with an earthen pot. Therefore, do not offer Arghya to the moon from any other pot or pot. The reason for this is that soil is considered a symbol of the earth element.
- Please donate: Along with fasting on Karva Chauth and worshiping as per rituals, charity also has importance on this day. Therefore, on this day, the fasting person must offer makeup items in the puja and the next day, the wedding items should be donated to a married woman.
