Kanguva Box Office Collection Day 1: South superstar Surya and Bobby Deol starrer film ‘Kanguva’ has finally hit the screens after a long wait. ‘Kanguwa’ is one of the most awaited films of this year which has been released in theaters on 14th November. The makers have high hopes from the film that it can have a great opening at the box office and can be a blockbuster with its lifetime collection.
According to the report of SACNILC, ‘Kanguwa’ had sold more than 5 lakh 53 thousand tickets in the advance booking of the first day itself. The film had earned Rs 10.16 crore in advance booking itself. With block seats this figure reached Rs 17.61 crore. Now even after its release, the film is performing well and has done a business of Rs 7.67 crore till 2:30 pm.
‘Kanguwa’ can have a bumper opening on the first day
According to trade analyst Ramesh Bala, ‘Kanguwa’ can open the box office account in India with a collection of Rs 40 crore on the first day. At the same time, Surya’s film can open at Rs 60 to 70 crore at the worldwide box office.

‘Kanguwa’ has been released on screen in five languages - Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam. Shiva has directed the film made under the banner of Studio Green and UV Creations. Surya is in the lead role in ‘Kanguva’. Whereas Bobby Deol has been seen in the villain avatar. Apart from this, Disha Patani has made her Tamil debut with this film. Yogi Babu is also a part of the film. Talking about the budget of ‘Kanguva’, according to many media reports, the film has been made at a cost of Rs 300 crores.
