Aqib Khan India Squad Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2024: The Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2024 is scheduled to start from October 18 and the tournament will continue till October 27. A total of 8 teams are included in the tournament and India A has been placed in Group B along with Oman, Pakistan and UAE. Aaqib Khan, who comes from Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, bowls at a speed of 150 km per hour and he wreaked havoc with his fast bowling in the Duleep Trophy. While playing for India A, he created a sensation by taking 8 wickets in 2 matches. Not only this, he has also made a name for himself in the cricket world by taking wickets of top batsmen like Ruturaj Gaikwad and Rajat Patidar. Before this, in the last season of Ranji Trophy also, he bowled lethally and took 13 wickets in 4 matches.

Aaqib Khan surprised everyone with his speed of 150 km per hour in Duleep Trophy. For now, his focus will be on performing well for India A in the Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2024. He has played 14 matches in his first-class career so far, in which he has 37 wickets to his name.
When will India A matches take place?
India A has been placed in Group B and India’s first match in the tournament which will run from October 18-27 will be against Pakistan A on October 19. After that, the Indian team has to play matches against UAE and Oman on 21st and 23rd October respectively.
