Talking to Geo Cinema, Sarfaraz Khan said, “Rohit is very different. He always makes you feel comfortable and gives equal respect to all the players. He does not see anyone as junior or senior, but treats everyone equally. It is a great experience to play under his leadership.”
Sarfaraz further said, “Lagaan is my favourite film and just like Aamir Khan had formed his team in that film, Rohit Sharma keeps our team united. He is the Aamir Khan of our team.”

Sarfaraz Khan played three matches in his debut Test series. He played five innings in these three matches. In these five innings, Sarfaraz scored 200 runs at an average of 50. This includes three half-centuries. His highest score in Tests is 68 not out.
Rohit Sharma’s record as Test captain
Rohit Sharma took over the captaincy from Virat Kohli in 2022 and since then has led the Indian team in 16 Test matches.
