Basit Ali On Ishan Kishan: A special message has come for Ishan Kishan from across the border i.e. Pakistan. Former Pakistan cricket team player Basit Ali said about Ishan Kishan that he has no chance of returning to Team India. Ishan is currently playing in the Buchchi Babu Invitation Tournament. Ishan started the tournament with a century and led his team Jharkhand to victory.
Let us tell you that wicketkeeper batsman Ishan Kishan played his last match for Team India in November 2023. After this, Ishan was selected for the South Africa tour, but he decided to take a break. Then during the break, Ishan was asked to play domestic cricket, which he ignored. After this, Ishan also had to lose the central contract.
Now Basit Ali, while talking on his YouTube channel, said about Ishan Kishan, “Ishan should focus on IPL because he has no chance of returning to Team India until the Australia series. In fact, there is no chance until the Champions Trophy. Let’s see what happens after that.”
However, no official information has been revealed yet about Ishan’s return to Team India. Team India will play a Test series against Bangladesh from September 19 and then a T20 series will be played between the two. Now it will be interesting to see whether the Indian wicketkeeper batsman returns to the series against Bangladesh or not.

It is worth noting that Ishaan is a wicketkeeper batsman who plays all three formats for India. He has played 2 Tests, 27 ODIs and 32 T20 International matches so far. He scored 78 runs in Tests. Apart from this, he has scored 933 runs in ODIs at an average of 42.40 and 796 runs in T20 Internationals at an average of 25.67 and a strike rate of 124.37.
