According to Cert In, you should not connect with unknown people on call or video call. Do not transfer money to any unknown person. Keep in mind that no government agency does any official work through WhatsApp or Skype. If you get stuck in such a situation, do not share your personal information under any circumstances. No government agency ever demands things like banking details and OTP. Never install any app or software sent by anyone or transfer money. Do not click on any link or attachment. Immediately inform the police about this.
