Dinesh Karthik Playing 11: Dinesh Karthik’s cricket career has been great. He has also performed brilliantly in IPL. But now he has joined the coaching staff. Karthik has been chosen as the new batting coach by Royal Challengers Bangalore. Karthik has recently selected his all-time playing 11 for India. In this, he has not given place to legendary captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Along with this, many other legendary players are missing from this list. However, both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are included in Karthik’s playing 11.
Karthik was recently answering questions on Cricbuzz. During this, he revealed his all-time playing eleven and made this playing eleven by combining every format. Karthik chose Virender Sehwag and Rohit Sharma for opening. Sehwag has been a legendary player of India. Rohit has also been successful as a captain and player. Karthik has chosen former coach of Team India and legendary player Rahul Dravid for number 3.
Kohli-Yuvraj included in the middle order –
Karthik has chosen very strong players in the middle order. He has placed master blaster Sachin Tendulkar at number 4. Virat Kohli has been placed at number 5. Karthik has placed Yuvraj Singh at number 6. He has also included all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin in the playing eleven. Along with them, fast bowler Jaspreet Bumrah and Zaheer Khan are also included in this list. He has also included Anil Kumble.
Dhoni was not given a place in the team –
Karthik also took the name of Harbhajan Singh in the end. He kept Bhajji as backup. But did not even take the name of former captain Dhoni. Dhoni is considered the best finisher in the world. However, he is not included in Karthik’s playing 11. If we look at Dhoni’s career, it has been great. He has played 90 Test matches for India. During this, he has scored 4876 runs. Dhoni has scored one double century and 6 centuries in Tests. He has scored 10773 runs in 350 ODI matches.
