Bollywood Stars Have Sequels: In the year 2024, many sequel films have come on screen. This list includes Ajay Devgan’s Singham Again, Kartik Aryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 to Rajkummar Rao’s Stree 2. In the coming days also, the stars have a lot of sequel films. It seems that Bollywood stars are resorting to sequels to strengthen their dominance at the box office.
If the first part of a film becomes a hit, then there is hope that the next part will also be successful. Perhaps this is the reason why Bollywood is continuously coming with sequels. From Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan to Tiger Shroff have sequels of their hit movies in the pipeline. Whereas Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar and Kartik Aryan have not just one but many sequel films lined up.
Shahrukh Khan
No film of Shahrukh Khan was released on screen in 2024. He was last seen on screen in the film ‘Dinky’ released in 2023. Before this, his two films ‘Jawaan’ and ‘Pathan’ were blockbusters at the box office. Now there is news that the superstar is going to bring ‘Pathan 2’.

These days Salman Khan is busy shooting for ‘Sikander’. This film may be released on Eid 2025. But along with this, ‘Kick 2’, the sequel of Salman Khan’s 2014 film ‘Kick’ has also been announced.
Ajay Devgan
It seems as if Ajay Devgan has left his career at the mercy of sequels. This year his film ‘Singham Again’ was released. However, it did not prove to be as effective as the other parts. Now Ajay has sequel films like ‘Raid 2’, ‘De De Pyaar De 2’, ‘Shaitan 2’, ‘Golmaal 5’ and ‘Son of Sardar 3’ in the pipeline.
Akshay Kumar
Akshay Kumar’s three films (‘Sarfira’, ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’ and ‘Khel Khel Mein’) were released in 2024. But all three films flopped at the box office. Now the Khiladi actor has decided to try his luck with sequels. The actor currently has films like ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, ‘Bhagam Bhag 2’, ‘Hera Pheri 3’, ‘Housefull 5’ and ‘Jolly LLB 3’ in the line up.
Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’. The film was a blockbuster at the box office. Now the actor has films like ‘Animal’, the sequel to ‘Animal’ and ‘Dhoom 4’.
Karthik Aryan
Karthik Aryan’s film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, released this year, was a superhit. In such a situation, the actor has chosen the path of expanding his career further with sequels. Karthik currently has projects like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4, Pati Patni Aur Woh 1, Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety and Aashiqui 3.
These stars also have sequel films lined up
After the success of ‘War’, Hrithik Roshan will now be seen in ‘War 2’. Tiger Shroff has also announced ‘Baaghi 4’. Shahid Kapoor can be seen in ‘Cocktail 2’ and Aamir Khan in ‘Ghajini 2’. If ‘Bhoothnath 4’ is made then Amitabh Bachchan can be a part of it. Apart from this, Ranveer Singh has ‘Don 3’, Varun Dhawan has ‘Border 2’ and ‘No Entry 2’ and Kapil Sharma has ‘Kis Kis Ko Pyar Karoon 2’ in the pipeline.
