Recently, an engineer’s job offer from Google has created a stir on social media. This offer came as a surprise to many despite graduating from a lesser-known tier 3 college. JP Morgan developer Karthik Jolapara saw the unnamed engineer’s profile and found the job offer so interesting that he shared it.

Jolapara wrote on X along with the screenshot of this offer "strange offer," Due to which there was a flood of reactions in the tech field. The offer mentioned an annual salary package of Rs 65 lakh for the position of a Senior Software Engineer.

Apart from this, annual bonus of Rs 9 lakh, signing bonus of Rs 19 lakh and relocation bonus of Rs 5 lakh were also included. Overall, the package of Rs 1.64 crore became a big center of attraction in the first year. However, this engineer had graduated from a Tier 3 institute without any formal computer science degree.
