Ravichandran Ashwin Retirement BCCI Video: Ravichandran Ashwin has said goodbye to international cricket. After the Gaba Test ended, Ashwin announced his retirement. Now after Ashwin’s retirement, a video was shared by BCCI, in which he talked about life. Ashwin said that life is not a race.
A long video was shared by BCCI. In the video Ashwin talked about many aspects of life. At the beginning of the video, Ashwin said, “For me, life and Test cricket are very similar. R Ashwin is organic.” He further said, “Shane Warne had said that good cricketers, very good cricketers, get 30-40 percent success in their entire career. I would say that the biggest break in the game was in the game itself.”
Ashwin further said, “Life is not really a race. It is about living life on your own terms and being happy with what you achieved or failed in. When I started my international career, I did not Knew I would play 100 Test matches.” Watch the full video here…

Ashwin’s international career
Let us tell you that Ashwin made his international debut in 2010. He played 106 Test, 116 ODI and 65 T20 International matches in his career. In 200 Test innings, Ashwin took 537 wickets at an average of 24.00 and scored 3503 runs in 151 innings at an average of 25.75. During this period he scored 6 centuries and 14 half-centuries. Apart from this, in 114 innings of ODI, he took 156 wickets at an average of 33.20 and scored 707 runs in 63 innings. His best figure in bowling was 4/25. In the remaining 65 innings of T20 International, the Indian spinner took 72 wickets at an average of 23.22 and scored a total of 184 runs while batting in 19 innings.
