Amaran OTT Release: Shivakarthikeya and Sai Pallavi’s film Amaran has been successful in working its magic on the screen. This film, released on 31st October on the occasion of Diwali, is earning crores of rupees at the box office every day and has earned more than Rs 300 crores worldwide in a month.
After making a great collection in theatres, Amaran is now ready to hit OTT. Shivakarthikeya’s film Amaran may be released on OTT next month. Makers can stream it on digital platforms only after a month of its release on the big screen.
When and where will Amaran be released?
According to the report of Hindustan Times, Tamil film Amaran may be released on OTT platform Netflix on December 5, 2024. However, at present no information has been revealed by the makers regarding the OTT release of the film.
Amaran crossed the Rs 300 crore mark
Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi starrer film Amaran has been directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy. It has been a month since the film was released in theaters and according to Koimoi, the budget of the film is said to be Rs 120 crore. Talking about the collection of Amaran, it has so far earned Rs 211.75 crore at the domestic box office. The worldwide film has so far collected a total of Rs 323 crore.
What is Amaran’s story?
The story of Amaran is based on the real life of Major Mukund Varadarajan. Major Mukund Varadarajan sacrificed his life for the country during the anti-terrorist operation. Amaran is based on Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh’s book India’s Most Fearless: True Stories of Modern Military Heroes, in which there is also a chapter on a martyred soldier.
