Naseem Shah Better Bowler Than Jasprit Bumrah: Jasprit Bumrah has proved his ability in the cricket world. Whatever be the format of the game, the batsman often remains in trouble in front of Bumrah. Former cricket legend fast bowler Wasim Akmar has also agreed that Jasprit Bumrah is the best fast bowler in the world at present. Meanwhile, Pakistan’s star bowler Ihsanullah made a big claim and said that Naseem Shah is a better bowler than Jasprit Bumrah.
While talking on a podcast, Ihsanullah talked about Jasprit Bumrah and Naseem Shah. Ihsanullah said, “If seen, Naseem Shah is a better bowler than Jasprit Bumrah.”
Then the host of the podcast asked Ihsanullah whether Bumrah’s performance is better than Naseem Shah. In response to this, Ihsanullah said, “Naseem Shah also performed well in the 2022 T20 World Cup. Sometimes players go through a bad phase for a year, but Naseem is still better.”
Bumrah did wonders in the 2024 T20 World Cup
In the T20 World Cup played on the soil of America and West Indies in 2024, Jasprit Bumrah won the title of ‘Player of the Series’ by bowling brilliantly. The Indian fast bowler was the third highest wicket taker in the tournament. Bumrah had taken 15 wickets at an excellent average of 8.27.
Bumrah’s international career has been like this till now
Bumrah is a fast bowler who plays all three formats for India. So far, he has played 39 Tests, 89 ODIs and 70 T20 International matches in his career. He has taken 173 wickets in Tests. Apart from this, he has taken 149 wickets in ODI and 89 wickets in T20 International. Bumrah made his international debut in 2016.
