Adar Poonawala-Dharma Productions: Adar Poonawala, owner of Serum Institute, a well-known company that manufactures Covid vaccine, has once again come into the news. Serum Institute CEO Adar Poonawala is now joining hands with the famous director and producer of the film industry, Karan Johar. It is reported that Adar Poonawala’s company Serene Productions is going to buy 50 percent stake in Dharma Productions Private Limited for Rs 1000 crore.
This news has come according to the report of economic portal Moneycontrol and it has been told that filmmaker Karan Johar will hold the remaining 50 percent stake in Dharma Productions and he will remain the executive chairman of the company. Along with this, Apoorva Mehta will continue as the Chief Executive Officer of the company.
