Working conditions will have to be good for delivery partners

We have to improve the working conditions for our delivery partners. These malls need to change their views about humans. They will also have to bring a separate policy for delivery partners. At the mall where the Zomato CEO had gone as a delivery agent on Saturday, he had to climb three floors to collect the order. This was the second attempt by Deepinder Goyal to find out the problems of the agents through order delivery.
Went to Ambience Mall with wife Gracia Munoz
While posting the video on social media platform X, he wrote that he had gone to Ambience Mall in Gurugram with his wife Grecia Munoz. He was wearing the clothes of a Zomato delivery agent. From there he picked up an order from Haldiram. Security stopped them at the entrance of the mall. He was told he would have to use the stairs. When he asked for a lift, he was refused. Ultimately he had to use the stairs.
During my second order, I realized that we need to work with malls more closely to improve working conditions for all delivery partners. And malls also need to be more humane to delivery partners.

Other delivery partners gave important feedback
