Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein 2 Review: If a web series forces you to watch it in one go, then it means it has power. This is one such web series and compared to its first season, it is tighter and better. There is more thrill in this, the second season of this series of 6 episodes has come on Netflix. Each episode is of about 40 minutes and if you start watching it, you will finish only after watching the entire episode.
Story
Gangster Akhiraj i.e. Saurabh Shukla’s daughter Purva i.e. Aanchal Singh forcefully marries her childhood love and her obsession Vikrant i.e. Tahir Raj Bhasin. Vikrant’s love Shweta Tripathi i.e. Shikha is getting married and a scandal happens there.
Vikrant is afraid that the secret that he is behind Purva’s kidnapping may be revealed. Meanwhile, he makes another gang deal with the kidnapper to hand over Purva to them. To help Purva, his friend Guru i.e. Gurmeet Chaudhary, who is a sharp agent of an agency, comes. Then a wonderful game begins, which entertains you a lot.
How is the series?
This series is amazing, you don’t take your eyes off the screen for a second. Every once in a while there comes a twist and turn, something that you don’t think happens. This series moves fast and you also move fast with it. The characters change their colors rapidly, in the first season the story was only about an eccentric girl who crosses all limits to get a boy. But here things move further, new characters come which make this season more interesting. The script is so tight that you don’t feel even a single scene is needed.
acting
Tahir Raj Bhasin has done an amazing job, here he shows amazing acting range. From planning the murder of his wife to hiding the truth from his gangster father-in-law and expressing his love for his true love, he has many shades to his face and he is amazing in every shade. This guy acts with his eyes and makes you a fan of his acting in an amazing way. After a long time, such an amazing performance by a young actor was seen.
Aanchal Singh’s work is also fantastic, she also surprises with her expressions and body language. Shweta Tripathi is also good, although her character should have been given a little more space. Saurabh Shukla is as usual in his character, Gurmeet Choudhary’s work is good and Arunoday Singh is solid.
direction
Siddharth Sen Gupta’s direction is very tight, he has introduced new characters very cleverly. The series has been made absolutely full of thrill. The scenes were not prolonged, the audience was not given time to breathe and this is the specialty of this series. It has not been forced to last 8 or 9 episodes. Overall, definitely watch this series.
