Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar have invested in the company of Akash Ambani’s father-in-law and businessman Russell Mehta. The company has recently filed its draft papers with NSE Emerge. The company manufactures many products like wooden cutlery, spoons, chop sticks etc. It sells its products to Amul, Mother Dairy and many SME companies. Shashank Mishra and are the promoters of the company. According to the papers filed by the company, the company is going to issue fresh shares of 52,86,000, whose face value is Rs 10 per share.
How is the financial position of the company?
In the financial year 2023-24, the company has earned Rs 31.47 crore. Its earnings have increased by up to three times in a year. At the same time, in the last financial year, the company had earned a total of Rs 6.36 crore. In the financial year 2024, the company has earned a profit of 6.36 crores. At the same time, last year the company has earned a total of Rs 3.48 crore.
