RCB Women Retained Players List WPL 2025: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB Women) has released its retention list for the Women’s Premier League 2025 (WPL). RCB has retained a total of 14 players including Smriti Mandhana, Ellyse Perry and Richa Ghosh and released a total of seven players. Let us tell you that BCCI is going to conduct a mini auction for the next season of Women’s Premier League, the date of which has not been announced yet.
Each team was allowed to retain a squad of 18 players, of which it was mandatory to have 6 foreign players. After the trade of Danny Wyatt Hodge, the number of foreign players in RCB was increasing to 8, hence due to the limit of 6 foreign players, RCB has released England captain Heather Knight and South African all-rounder Nadine de Klerk.

Bengaluru has released a total of 7 players, including five Indian players. The names of these five Indians are Simran Bahadur, Shubha Satish, Indrani Roy, Disha and Shraddha. Let us tell you that now there are 4 players left in the RCB team and Rs 3.25 crores are left in its purse for the auction. Royal Challengers Bangalore won the WPL 2025 title. This was the first time that the RCB franchise had won a title. Bengaluru created history by defeating Delhi Capitals by 8 wickets in the final.
