People aged 19-24 years have the problem of high cholesterol. This happens due to bad eating habits. At the same time, during the age of 35-50 years, the risk of heart related disease often haunts. 7 out of 10 people are suffering from high cholesterol disease. The problem of high cholesterol is being seen in both men and women. Obesity, smoking, genetic disease, thyroid problem, unhealthy diet, high BP, little to no physical activity make them the problem of high cholesterol.

It is very important to do lipid profile test every 6 months to measure cholesterol level and risk of heart disease and stroke. Cholesterol levels should be less than 200 mg/dL for both men and women. LDL should be less than 100 mg/dL and your HDL should be more than 40 mg/dL for men and women.
