Virat Kohli Dying For Playing In Pakistan: Nothing has been officially clarified yet regarding Champions Trophy 2025. The tournament is hosted by Pakistan, but BCCI has denied that Team India will not tour Pakistan for the tournament. Things fell apart due to BCCI’s refusal. There is talk of a hybrid model for the tournament. Meanwhile, former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar gave an absurd statement and said that Virat Kohli is dying to play in Pakistan.
In a viral video, Akhtar can be heard saying that Team India and Virat Kohli are dying to play in Pakistan. Apart from this, he said that if the Indian team comes here, they will also benefit in TV sponsorship.
Akhtar said, “India is dying more than Pakistan to play in Pakistan. Virat Kohli is probably dying to play in Pakistan. I work there in India, I know. If India lands here in Pakistan, If it goes, their TV rights and sponsorship will go up a lot.”
During this, former Pakistan batsman Mohammad Hafeez was also seen along with Akhtar. After listening to Akhtar, Hafeez asked Akhtar why Team India does not come here? In response, Akhtar said, “The government does not want.”
