This is also an easy method of making sambar. I usually add a mixture of vegetables or just one vegetable to the sambar from the list given below. In this sambar recipe, I have added drumstick, ladyfinger, pumpkin, carrot, brinjal, French beans and shallots (shallot or pearl onion).
