UPSC CDS I 2024 Final Merit List: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the final merit list of Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS I) 2024. Candidates who appeared in this examination can check and download the merit list by visiting the official website of UPSC, upsc.gov.in.
According to the official notification, this merit list has been prepared for 121st Short Service Commission (Men) (Non-Technical) course and 35th Short Service Commission (Women) (Non-Technical) course. A total of 590 candidates have found place in this list. These include 470 male and 120 female candidates. These courses will start from April 2025.

Name included in the course
The notification states that the list also includes the names of those candidates who had already been recommended for pre-flight training courses at the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Naval Academy, Ezhimala (Kerala) and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad.

The results of the medical examination have not been taken into account while preparing the merit list. The candidature of all the candidates is provisional and their date of birth and educational qualification will be verified by Army Headquarters. UPSC has said that the marks of the selected candidates will be made available on the website within 15 days and will remain on the website for 30 days.

- Candidates first go to the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in.
- Click on ‘What’s New’ section on the home page.
- Click on the link Combined Defense Services Examination (I), 2024 (OTA).
- Check your roll number and name in the PDF that opens.
- Download the PDF and keep a printout of it for future reference.
