To appear in the examination of Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) Stenographer, candidates must have a valid score card of UPSSSC PET 2023. Also, it is mandatory for the candidate to have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board/institute. The typing speed of the candidate should be 25 words per minute (Hindi) and Steno should be 80 words per minute. The candidate should have CCC certificate or its equivalent qualification.

Such questions will be asked
In the Stenographer examination, there will be 30 questions from Hindi knowledge and writing ability, 15 questions from General Intelligence Test, 20 questions from General Information, 15 questions from Computer and Information Technology concepts and information on contemporary technological development and innovation in this field and Uttar Pradesh. 20 questions related to general information related to the state will be asked.
Will have to give written examination
For this, all the candidates will have to give written examination. The date of written examination will be announced later. Hundred objective, hundred multiple choice questions will be asked in the written examination. Candidates will get two hours to solve the question paper. One mark will be given for the correct answer to each question, while 1/4 mark will be deducted for the wrong answer. Therefore, candidates will also have to keep in mind that there is negative marking in this exam.
