According to a report by ‘The Guardian’, Rebecca’s boyfriend poured petrol on her and set her on fire. Rebecca died a painful death. She was then admitted to the hospital. But by then it was too late. This incident happened in Kenya on Sunday. About 75 percent of Rebecca’s body was burnt. Even before Rebecca, female athletes have been murdered. Three female athletes have been murdered in Kenya since October 2021.
