The company has named this leave policy as Tinder Leave, which is also being called dating leave. The company has also said that it will also pay for Tinder Gold and Tinder Platinum subscription for its employees. This leave and Tinder subscription payment offer is for all its employees. However, the company has not told how many leaves the employees can take under Tinder Leave.

Whiteline Group’s Tinder Leave policy has started from July and employees joining the company by the end of this year will be able to take advantage of the offer.
