Stock Market Update: The trading started with a good momentum in the stock market today and half an hour after the market opened, the Sensex down by 49.16 points It has reached 81,662.59.
How was the stock market’s performance
In today’s trading, the BSE Sensex was trading at 81,746.71 at 9.16 am with a gain of 34.95 points or 0.043 percent. The NSE Nifty was trading at 25,038.70 at 9.17 am with a gain of 20.95 percent. At 9.20 am, it was trading at 81,806.66 with a gain of 94.90 points or 0.12 percent.
Stock market near all-time high
In the stock market, Nifty came close to its lifetime high and its highest level is 25,078.30 whereas today it reached the day high of 25,025.15.
Which stocks are seeing movement?
Today, Reliance Industries, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and HUL shares are trading well. At 9.36 am, the Sensex is trading mixed. Out of its 30 shares, 13 are seeing gains and 17 shares are trading lower.
Market capitalization of domestic stock market
The market capitalization on NSE has reached Rs 459.06 lakh crore and the market cap of BSE has come down to Rs 463.95 lakh crore. The market cap of BSE is at its peak but 3030 stocks are being traded in it, out of which 2044 stocks are witnessing a rise while 865 stocks are witnessing a decline and 121 stocks are trading without any change.
