Shreyas Iyer and his Mother 2.90 crore property: Indian cricketer Shreyas Iyer and his mother Rohini Iyer have bought a luxurious apartment in Mumbai, the price of which is said to be Rs 2.90 crore. According to Hindustan Times, this apartment is located in Worli area of Mumbai. According to the report, the property was registered on 19 September. Talking about Shreyas Iyer, he has recently been given a place in the Mumbai team for the Irani Cup 2024.
In the documents released, it was found that this new apartment of Shreyas Iyer is on the second floor of Triveni Industrial CHSL located in Adarsh Nagar, Worli. Its size is 525 square feet, which Shreyas and his mother have bought at the rate of Rs 55,238 per square feet. According to the documents, stamp duty of Rs 17.40 lakh was paid on September 19 and after that Rs 30 thousand was paid as registration fee.
Have already bought a house in Mumbai
This is not the first time Shreyas Iyer has invested money in real estate. He has also bought a house in Lodha World Towers, one of the tallest buildings in Mumbai. In September 2020, he bought a 2,380 square feet house on the 48th floor of The World Towers. This apartment also has a 3 car parking facility. In July 2024, Iyer joined the list of players who have bought commercial property in Mumbai.
Shreyas Iyer will play in Irani Cup
Shreyas Iyer will be seen playing for the Mumbai team in the Mumbai vs Rest of India match of the Irani Cup starting on October 1. Iyer was last seen playing for the Indian team in January 2024, when the Test series was going on between India and England. After that, Iyer was dropped from the list of central contracts by BCCI due to not playing domestic cricket. Now Iyer is playing domestic cricket regularly and is hoping to return to Team India.
