CEO of Shaadi.com also announced for this post
However, Shaadi.com CEO Mittal responded to this incident with a sarcastic post on LinkedIn. Mittal also announced that he was looking for a Chief of Staff. Humorously admitted that he didn’t fully understand the role, but reassured applicants that his offer included a salary from day one.

As per their conditions candidates should be ready to do the below mentioned points –

- Send your resume (if you haven’t done anything yet then what’s next)
- Describe the role and value so I can prepare for interview questions
- Talk to our HR team because I don’t get paid for screening candidates
- He further said, Carry the title of Chief of what? Keep the title (thick skinned test) for 6 months
Mittal requested the candidates to apply before changing their mind. Mittal continued, “If you are willing to walk this path, to be ridiculed by the crowd in the hope that someday we will join them and find out if you are really the Chief of something Then I take credit for all your work, so ChiefOfWhat@peopleinteractive.in But write and hope I won’t change my mind.”
