Initially, the applications were to start from June 12, which was postponed thrice and reached September 1, but the applications did not start even on that day. Now the new date has come, according to which the applications will start from September 10.
In this situation, the last date for applying has also been changed. Now the last date for filling the form has been made 5 October 2024.
Through this recruitment drive, candidates will be recruited for a total of 2629 posts. Applications will be online only, for which candidates will have to visit the OSSSC website – osssc.gov.in.
The eligibility criteria for application is as per the post but broadly candidates having Bachelors degree in the relevant subject and B.Ed.-M.Ed. can apply.

After getting selected, the salary ranges from Rs 35 thousand to Rs 112400 per month depending on the post. The salary of some posts ranges from Rs 23 thousand to Rs 74 thousand per month.
