Indian team’s star batsman Sarfaraz Khan told an interesting story about the first time he met Virat Kohli. Sarfaraz, who has played for Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL, said that King Kohli’s passion is different.
Speaking on JioCinema, Sarfaraz Khan said, “His passion is unmatched. Whenever I saw him, even in pre-match meetings, he would take responsibility and tell everyone how many runs he would score against a particular bowler and break it down for everyone. To be so courageous, to stand in front of everyone and talk with so much positivity and then deliver the next day is a very unique ability.”
How was the meeting?
Speaking further, Sarfaraz said, “I met him for the first time at M Chinnaswamy Stadium. I had scored 45 runs in 21 balls and he bowed his head in front of me (in praise). I had a lot of fun that day. It was my dream to share the Indian dressing room with him, which will be fulfilled in the future if I get a chance.
