Saif Ali Khan Attack latest updates: The knife attack on Saif Ali Khan in his house in the early morning of 16th January has shocked the entire nation. Meanwhile, Mumbai Police is busy investigating the case and is making every possible effort to trace the culprit. - Raids are underway to arrest the intruder who attacked actor Saif Ali Khan at his Bandra residence on Thursday. Mumbai Police has so far recorded statements of 40 to 50 people.
- 35 teams of police and crime branch are searching for the accused but no clue of the accused has been found.
- Yesterday, the police had also detained a suspect for questioning. Later the police officials clarified that the suspect is not the accused who attacked Saif.
- Meanwhile, the actor is admitted to Lilavati Hospital where he has been shifted from ICU to the normal room. Doctors have said that Saif’s condition is improving and he is taking a normal diet. It is expected that he can be discharged from the hospital in a day or two.
- A picture of a piece of knife taken out from Saif’s spinal cord has also surfaced. Doctors told that if the knife had penetrated 2 mm more, it could have been serial for the actor. However, Saif is better now and he has been advised rest for seven days.
- Bhajan Singh, the auto rickshaw driver in which Saif was taken to Lilavati Hospital, has also recorded his statement. The auto driver told that he did not know that the blood-soaked person with whom he had taken to the hospital was safe. On reaching the hospital, Saif had asked the guard to bring a stretcher and also said that he was Saif Ali Khan.
- The police is searching for the accused who attacked Saif on the basis of CCTV footage. Now another picture has emerged. His appearance appears to have changed in the picture. The accused is now seen wearing a sky blue colored shirt and carrying a black bag.

Let us tell you that the incident happened in the early hours of Thursday when an intruder entered Saif Ali Khan’s house on the 12th floor and reached the room of the actor’s younger son Jeh through the open window. During this, Saif had a scuffle with the man, and the intruder stabbed him six times and was then taken to the hospital, where a 2.5-inch part of the knife was removed from his back.
