The company itself had given this information that Pant bought two percent stake in the company for Rs 7.40 crore. The company had given information about this deal in September 2024.
In a statement from the company, it was said that Zomato Vice President Akash Nangia and his college friend, former McKinsey executive Arjun Mittal, started TechJockey in 2017. It connects software vendors to small businesses across India. Earlier this year, the company had also entered the US market.

Zomato Vice President Nangia said in the statement, “The equity was raised at a valuation of Rs 370 crore. Pant acquired 2 per cent stake in the company and joining the board, which is a major success for him.
