IPL 2025 Mock Auction: The mega auction of IPL 2025 will be held in Jeddah on 24 and 25 November. Many mock auctions are taking place just before this. Former Team India player Krishnammachari Srikkanth also got a mock auction conducted. In this, Rishabh Pant got many times more than the base price. Pant was bought by Punjab Kings for Rs 29 crore. Kolkata Knight Riders placed a big bet on former Rajasthan Royals player Jos Buttler. Arshdeep Singh also got a huge amount.
Actually, Srikanth conducted a mock auction on his YouTube channel. Pant was the most expensive buy in this. Punjab bought him. Rishabh Pant was released by Delhi Capitals. Talking about Jos Buttler, Rajasthan did not retain him. Butler and Pant can get huge amount in mega auction. However, it is difficult to say which team will be successful in buying him. But both these players were sold at a very high price in the mock auction. Butler was bought for 15.50 crores.
Arshdeep Singh became more expensive than Shami –
In the mock auction, fast bowler Arshdeep Singh was sold more expensive than Shami. Arshdeep Singh was bought by Chennai Super Kings for Rs 13 crore. Whereas Shami was bought by Gujarat Titans for Rs 11 crore. Gujarat has not retained Shami this time. Shami was out due to injury. But now he has returned to the field. He bowled lethally in a recent domestic match.
Iyer-Rahul also got huge amount –
Shreyas Iyer was bought by Delhi Capitals in the mock auction of Srikanth. He got Rs 16 crore. Whereas Royal Challengers Bangalore bet on Rahul. RCB bought KL Rahul for Rs 20 crore.
