But Delhi is not happy with him.
Delhi had retained him for 16 crores in 2023 –
Rishabh Pant made his debut in 2016. He has been with Delhi Capitals since then. Delhi bought Pant for Rs 1.90 crore in 2016. After this, he was retained by paying Rs 8 crore in 2018. Pant started getting Rs 16 crore from 2022. He remained with the same price in 2023 as well. But due to an accident, he could not play in 2024. Now he may be out of the team.
Pant’s record in IPL has been strong –
Rishabh has played 111 matches in IPL so far. He has scored 3284 runs during this period. Pant has scored 1 century and 18 half-centuries in IPL. The 2018 season was great for Pant. He scored 684 runs in 14 matches. During this period, he scored one century and five half-centuries. He scored 488 runs in 2019.
