Earlier ‘Raid 2’ was to be released in this year itself i.e. 2024. However, the makers postponed the release date of the film due to various reasons. But now Ajay Devgan himself has announced the release date of his most awaited film ‘Raid 2’.
Ajay Devgan has shared a poster of ‘Raid 2’ on his Instagram account. Along with this, he has written in the caption – ‘The next mission of IRS Amey Patnaik starts from May 2025! ‘Raid 2’ is all set to release on May 1, 2025.

‘Raid 2’ has been directed by Raj Kumar Gupta under the banner of Panorama Studios. The film has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak. Ajay Devgan is once again returning in the role of IRS Amey Patnaik. Vaani Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh will also be seen playing important roles in the film.

Ajay Devgan was last seen in his recently released film ‘Singham Again’. This film was a flop at the box office. Will be seen in his nephew Aman Devgan’s debut film ‘Azad’. This film will be released in theaters on 17 January 2025. The film will clash with Kangana Ranaut’s Emergency at the box office. Apart from this, Ajay Devgan has films like ‘Golmaal 5’, ‘Shaitan 2’, ‘De De Pyaar De 2’ and ‘Son of the Sardar 2’ in the pipeline.
