He told that the Casting Agencies which have been working for the last 5 years are not creating any special impact. Regarding the payment of supporting actors, he told that if a supporting actor is working, he is paid less and sometimes this payment is not received even in more than 3 months. He said that on one hand the lead actors are given a large part of the film’s budget, while the junior artist is told that their budget is only this much and they cannot pay them more than this.
