Pushpa 2 Premiere Stampede Controversy: A woman was killed in a stampede at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad during the premiere of Pushpa 2. The woman’s 8-9 year old child became critical due to this stampede and had to be admitted to the ICU. After the arrest of Allu Arjun in this case, he has been released on interim bail for 4 weeks.

While talking to the child’s father, Sukumar also expressed grief over this accident. Besides, he has also extended his hands for financial help to the family. He has given Rs 5 lakh.

What was the matter?
The premiere of the film was held at Sandhya Theater on 4 December, a day before the release of Pushpa 2. After Allu Arjun and the rest of the star cast of the film reached here, a stampede broke out and a 34-year-old woman named Revathi died. The woman’s son Shri Tej is on ventilator in the ICU in a private hospital in Hyderabad.
Allu Arjun had expressed his grief in two separate posts
Allu Arjun had expressed his grief by sharing a video regarding the incident. He also said that he is ready to provide all kinds of help to the injured child in future. Besides, Allu had also told about financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh to the victim’s family.
After this, Allu had made another post saying that he wants to meet the victim’s family, but due to legal advice he is not able to do so. Besides, he also wished for the speedy recovery of the child.
